These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Buy MCA Data website and subscription service (the "Service"), operated by Buy MCA Data ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Buy MCA Data compiles and distributes information relating to companies newly registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India, sourced from publicly available official records. Data is packaged into daily Excel sheets made available to subscribers via email and a user dashboard.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Accounts are for use by a single individual or organisation and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

3. Subscriptions & Payment

• Subscription plans are offered at a flat price as displayed on the Plans page at the time of purchase.
• Payments are currently collected offline (bank transfer / UPI). Your subscription is activated by our team once payment is confirmed.
• Subscriptions run for the duration stated on the applicable plan from the activation date, after which access ends unless renewed.
• We reserve the right to change plan pricing and features for future subscription periods; changes will not affect an already-active subscription term.

4. Permitted Use of Data

Data provided through the Service is licensed to you for your own internal business use (e.g. lead generation, outreach, market research) for the duration of your active subscription. You agree that you will not:

• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or publish the data in bulk to third parties;
• Attempt to circumvent, share, or reuse download links after your subscription has expired;
• Use the data for any unlawful purpose, including in violation of India's data protection, telecom, or unsolicited-communication regulations (e.g. TRAI's rules on commercial communication).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach of this section without refund.

5. Data Accuracy

Data is compiled from publicly available government sources on a best-effort basis. While we take reasonable care in compiling and delivering the data, we do not guarantee its completeness, accuracy, or timeliness, and recommend independent verification before relying on it for material business decisions.

6. Download Links & Archive

Each daily data file is made available to subscribers through a unique, encrypted, and time-limited download link. Sheets remain accessible in your dashboard for a maximum of 7 days from the date of publication, and all links automatically expire when your subscription ends, whichever occurs first.

7. Intellectual Property

The Buy MCA Data website, branding, and compiled/formatted datasets (as distinct from the underlying public-record facts) are the property of Buy MCA Data and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buy MCA Data shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or the data provided through it.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the Service, at our discretion.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
